Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement is entered into between you and the developer of Artlyn, governing your subscription to the premium features and services of Artlyn, a lightweight AI photo accessory beautification app. By purchasing, activating, or using any premium subscription of Artlyn, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

Artlyn offers a free version with basic photo accessory beautification features, as well as premium subscription plans that unlock additional advanced features.

• Premium features may include exclusive accessory styles, ad-free experience, high-resolution image export, and priority technical support.
• The Subscription is available in various durations as displayed in the App.
• Corresponding pricing may be adjusted by the Developer from time to time, with prior notice to Users.

2. Subscription Activation and Renewal

To activate the Subscription, you must complete the payment process through the payment method provided in the App.

• Upon successful payment, your Subscription will be activated immediately.
• You will gain access to all premium features for the duration of the selected plan.
• All Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default unless cancelled.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the App's settings or your device's subscription management page.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term.

3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time.

• If you cancel within 7 days of activating your Subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund during the Cooling-Off Period.
• Full refunds apply only if you have not excessively used the premium features.
• Excessive use is defined as using more than 50% of the exclusive premium features or generating more than 10 high-resolution images.
• After the Cooling-Off Period, no refunds will be provided for partial subscription terms.
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current subscription term.
• Cancellation does not affect the free features of the App that you may continue to use without charge.

4. User Obligations

When using the Subscription and the App's premium features, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

• You will only use the App and its premium features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not upload any illegal, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• You will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its premium features.
• You will not share your subscription access with any third party, including your device, account, or login credentials where applicable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any payment information used for the Subscription.

5. Premium Features and Service Limitations

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any premium feature at any time, with prior notice to Users.

• Changes may include adding new features, removing outdated features, or adjusting existing functionality.
• The core premium experience will not be significantly diminished without notice.
• The Developer does not guarantee that the App or its premium features will be free of errors or interruptions.
• The Developer will not be liable for temporary downtime or technical issues that may occur.
• Artlyn does not collect any user facial information.
• Artlyn will never share any of your personal data, including uploaded photos and generated content, with third-party AI services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including the software, code, design, logo, premium features, exclusive accessories, and any content provided by the App, are owned by the Developer.

• Your Subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the premium features for personal use only.
• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App or its premium features for commercial purposes or without explicit written permission.
• Any images generated using the App's premium features are owned by you, provided that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

The Developer may terminate your Subscription immediately without prior notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features, and no refunds will be provided.
• You may also terminate your Subscription at any time as provided in Section 3.
• Upon termination, any locally stored photos or generated images will remain on your device.
• You may continue to use the free features of the App after termination.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

• Any changes will be posted in the App, and the updated Agreement will take effect 7 days after being posted.
• By continuing to use the Subscription after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect, and no additional charges will be incurred.
